Your email address, the text you paste, and any image you upload. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, and payment card details never reach us at all.
Your text is sent to OpenAI to be turned into speech and, so that subtitles can be timed, transcribed back. Your account and your files are stored on Supabase. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, who receive your card details directly and never pass them to us. The server is a DigitalOcean droplet. Your sign-in email is delivered by Resend, which therefore sees your email address and nothing else. When the server hits an error, a report of that error goes to Sentry so it can be fixed; those reports carry what broke and where, never your writing. Those six are the whole list.
Your writing is not used to train anything, is not sold to anyone, and is never shown to another person using this service.
Videos, audio, text and subtitle files made on a free account are deleted 45 days after they are created. Files made on a paid account are deleted after 90 days. The exact date is shown beside each file, and that date is the one the deletion actually runs on.
A video made before signing in is kept for 48 hours so you have time to create an account and claim it, and is deleted after that whether or not anyone does.
You can delete any of your files immediately from inside the app, without asking us. Anything you have already downloaded is yours and unaffected.
